Challenge to see, appears to be a left cmc arthroplasty and has step off on right thumb cmc, if painful pt could benefit from a r cmc arthroplasty as well
possibly left index and long are arthritic and in need of splinting/repair....thanks for posting these tests...fun and can keep us on our toes |

Hard to see, but, the L appears to be CMC arthoplasty with anchcovy and the R appears to be in need of a CMC replacement as well. |

Looks like wrist arthrosis, probable DJD/RA L. Looks like dorsal subluxation right with 1st CMC arthritis. Arthroplasty right FCR or APL interposition |
